A Boxing Fitness Workshop to commemorate the legacy of Coach Robert Salinas and to contribute to his family.
KEEP PUNCHING is a high intensity boxing fitness workshop created to commemorate the life and legacy of legendary Oakland Boxing Coach Robert Salinas. In this workshop, we express the significance of Coach Rob’s consistent chant “KEEP PUNCHING!” Everyone who knows Coach Rob’s style of training would tell you that his fighters were always in top condition! They punch hard! They come forward! And they never stop punching! As a long time student of Coach Rob, my desire is to share with you an exclusive boxing workout, which was founded by Coach Rob. Join us Saturday, January 25th, 2025 for a memorable afternoon of boxing fitness & education!

IBI Youth Summer Camp
IBl Youth Summer Camp is held Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm. We offer boxing, wrestling, football, basketball, arts & culture. Our summer camp is available for ages 6-17. Do to small room capacity, we are locking our program at 20 students.
